Wednesday Check In

July 1 - July 4

Emmaus Family,

Here is your midweek check in & brief update. Make sure to read through to catch it all or click here!

For this Sunday, we will only be offering two service times at 8:30 and 10:00am (due to the holiday weekend).

We loved seeing some of your faces in person on Sunday morning! Everything went so well. We cannot wait to safely worship together again Sunday, June 28th at 8:30am or 10:00am*. You can now sign up yourself and your family here for one of the services!

Nursery care will be available this Sunday! We will still have childcare available for kids 6 months old through 5 years old. Middle and high school students can meet in the loft for youth group during the sermon!

Remember – this is a family service (all other children must remain with parents the entire time). Children must be signed up also in advance.

  • We will be practicing physical distancing and following local government guidelines. Multiple hand sanitizer stations will be available for you – and masks are welcomed (not required). If you or someone in your home is feeling ill at all, stay home & join us online. We so value your health and the health of this church body!

Thank you for your understanding & cooperation as things look different during reopening. Whether in person or online – we cannot wait to worship with you on Sunday!

*The 10:00am service will be live streamed, and will have ASL sign language interpretation

– The annual Ozarks Teen Challenge run is right around the corner! This year, they are hosting a socially distant 5K, with all of the proceeds going to support the ministry they do for people in our community struggling with addiction. Emmaus has sponsored 40 spots for people from our church family who are interested in participating. Click here to sign up!

– For the summertime, our youth group Emmaus Students, will have Student Hangouts on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm. Their next hang out is August 5th.

– Stay connected! As the Springfield area continues to open, a lot of our house churches are beginning to meet! Contact your house church leader for more information. Not in a house church? Contact Jessica@EmmausSpringfield.com to get plugged in.

– You can now catch our live services on YouTube! We will be live streaming this Sunday’s 10:00am (ASL) service to our Facebook and Emmaus YouTube Channel. Spread the word!

– Don’t forget to let us know of any needs you have in this season, from prayer requests to financial resources. We are still in this together!
